1. Instruct the individual being tested to collect a urine sample in a urine specimen cup.
2. Remove cap from testing device and immerse the absorbent end in the sample for 10 seconds. Lay the device on a flat, clean surface.
3. Results may begin appearing immediately and over the next few minutes. Read the results at 5 minutes, and no later than 5 minutes. Refer to the example below for more information on reading the results.
